burner is the latest in the Iron Fireman family of burners.
Burners are complete packaged fuel burning systems, factory
assembled, panel mounted, piped and firetested. The unit includes
a burner, forced-draft blower and totally enclosed electrical
combustion safety control, plus motor starter, signal lights,
combustion air flow proving switch, etc.
The EED burner is capable of handling a wide range of furnace
pressures from negative draft to the higher pressures found
in modern high efficiency boilers, may they be Scotch or Firebox
type steel boilers
- Gas manifold, fitted with an adjustable gas ring.
- Entire oil nozzle assembly can be removed for service
in less than 1 minute.
- Field adjustable flame shaping vanes provide control
of combustion air flow for maximum flexibility in
conversion burner work.
- Quiet, in-line blower unit is fully enclosed and
acoustically insulated.
- Characterizing cam activated fuel valves for optimized
fuel/air ratios, full modulation.
- Swing-out design allows full access to: blower unit,
flame-shaping vanes, nozzle and diffuser assembly.
- Anti-clog oil nozzle with air purge system.
- Heavy-duty,positive displacement, reciprocating
compressor unit.
- Oil Pump Set: Direct-Drive
for #2 and #4 oil burners. Belt-Drive type with #6
