| For applications in areas where stricter
emissions requirements must be met, we offer our "LNX"
reduced emissions system as an option on all of our models
EED, AO, AG, AGO, PAO and PAGO burners.
The model number descriptions used for these burners are the
same as our standard models with the addition of the suffix
- LNX. Firing rate capacities are not affected by this system
and remain the same as catalogued for our standard models.

This is a forced flue gas recirculation
system designed to meet the increasing demand for reduced NOX
levels in most boiler applications. Our system includes the
"LNX" burner head in lieu of the standard which is
backed by our exclusive limited 3-year firing head warranty.
A heavy-duty recirculated flue gas metering control valve with
linkage, a compact flue gas blower, standard pipe size mating
flanges on the blower for field piping, flue gas flow proving
safety switch, and a high burner head temperature safety switch
complete the standard equipment furnished. |

When compared to other systems
being offered in the market today, this system is very compact.
To avoid flue gas leaks into your boiler room, it offers the
safety of a fully enclosed forced injection system that delivers
the recirculated gases directly into the flame zone, not routed
through the combustion air fan as with some induced type systems.
Standard burner firing rates are not affected and total connected
motor horsepower is usually less than with other type recirculation
systems. |
