Iron Fireman builds the toughest burner head in the industry. We back this up with the toughest burner head warranty in the business. This is an exclusive from Iron Fireman.

The terms are simple. The burner must be installed by a participating Iron Fireman Authorized Dealer or the installation certified by the area Iron Fireman Representative. First year coverage is provided with our normal warranty, second and third year coverage is extended for only the major firing head components. Normal maintenance items such as oil nozzles, ignition electrodes, etc. are not included. Failures are covered which occurred during normal use.

To obtain this extended warranty coverage, simply call our Parts Department (1-800-628-0192) for a return authorization. Then, you need only return the failed part (freight pre-paid) to our factory. A new replacement will be sent (freight pre-paid) to you after our inspection.

This coverage is applicable to all burners manufactured after January 1, 1995. So please, be sure to include you burners serial number and reason for failure with your return.
